My Story

Built From Real Experience

My journey has not been a simple one. I moved to Canada as an immigrant with big dreams and many challenges. My wife Jasmin and I worked multiple jobs, long hours, and faced the real struggles that many newcomers experience while rebuilding life in a new country.

Despite having healthcare experience before coming to Canada, we had to start again from the beginning. During that journey, strength training and proper nutrition became my turning point — not just physically, but mentally and in every area of life.

As a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, I don’t just tell you what to eat. I help you change how you live. My mission is to give busy professionals a practical, sustainable system that restores the energy and confidence they thought was gone for good.

Over the years I have served thousands of clients through wellness services and health education. I realized that many busy professionals want to be healthier — but simply don’t have a system that fits their real life. That is exactly why I created the Fit35 Method
